To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 2ph85, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
2ph85 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
In no event shall 2ph85's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 2ph85 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this section limits 2ph85's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

Upon termination for cause, 2ph85 reserves the right to withhold any remaining account balance pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may close your account at any time by contacting 2ph85 customer support. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 2ph85's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
For gaming-related disputes, users may also escalate complaints to PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) in accordance with its published complaint procedures.
2ph85 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.
For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, 2ph85 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
